Planning in Pencil | James | Pastor Seth

We all make plans for tomorrow, next week, and even next year — but James 4:13–17 reminds us that tomorrow is never ours to control. James warns against the arrogance of making confident plans without acknowledging God's sovereignty over our lives and our future. Planning isn't the problem; presuming we know what tomorrow holds is. We should make plans with wisdom and faith, but hold them loosely, remembering that God alone holds tomorrow.
